2-Minute Stretch to Adjust Your Spine And Reduce Back Pain

If you sit at a desk for most of the day, you may understand the pain I’ve had in my back and shoulders for the past week. I’ve tried a number of things to sooth it, Icy Hot patches, stretches, Ibuprofen, and finally resorting to laying flat on my back on the floor for 30 minutes. Everything helped a little – for a short period of time.
Then someone suggested I try a couple yoga poses. They seemed to help more than other solutions. By no means a miracle cure, but definitely a step in the right direction.
