This is a one hour course during which you will learn practical, tried and true ways to lift your self-esteem and improve resilience through small changes to your every day routine.

The course is for everyone who sees the need to improve their own self esteem and resilience, as the instructor is a practicing high school English teacher, the delivery is aimed at people of all ages.

During the course you will use a variety of methods to surround yourself with positive things and develop positive habits any of which you can use, adapt and emphasize according to your needs and for you continuing a happy, positive life.

This course will help you to create an environment around yourself which can automatically lift your mood and gives you comfort on a day to day basis.

Who is the target audience?
  • This is a self-help course for people who are experiencing adversity such as divorce, unemployment, death of a loved one or who have low self-esteem. This course is not suitable for people who have long-standing issues because of past trauma such as being a victim of child abuse unless it is in conjunction with therapy.
