“A lot of problem we are facing today is that we too much emphasis on individual. We are social animals. So the individual’s happiness depends on the rest of society. Some scientists say basic human nature is compassionate. Medical scientists, they also say constant anger is bad for our health. I try to keep compassionate and then surrounded by compassionate people. Health much better. I need sufficient sleep. Usually nine hours sleep. Then morning, at 3:00, I wake up, and do some meditation. I do my meditation period, each day, five hours. Morning: four hours. Afternoon before bed: one hour.”
